Made-to-Order Craftsmanship


Our products are produced in small batches or made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you, and not mass-manufactured. Because of this careful process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing, sustainable production, and the level of quality our customers expect.


Quality Guarantee


We inspect every item before it ships, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make it right. This is the only exception to our no-refund policy, and we handle these situations with care.


Order Changes & Cancellations


Because production begins quickly, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout
